Qiming Chen

Mr.Qiming Chen, B.A. of Xiamen University.

Qiming Chen is the Executive Director of Board, General Manager of “Keydge Information & Technology (Xiamen) Co., Ltd.” since Oct 2008. Qiming Chen also acted as the Chairman of “Giantown Management Consulting Co., Ltd.” since April, 2009.

From July, 2008 to June 2009, Qiming Chen served eHealth China Inc. as Third-Party Consultant, was responsible for Chinese public policy, government affairs and public relations.

From 2004 to 2008, Qiming Chen acted as the Vice President of Operations, and the Vice President of Business Development in eHealth China, Inc, meanwhile was responsible for Public Relations and Human Resources. eHealth China Inc. was listed together with its parent company eHealth Inc. in Nasdaq in 2006 (Ticker Symbol: EHTH). eHealth won the Webby Awards, the Best Insurance Website of 2007. The Webby Awards is hailed as the "Oscars of the Internet" by the New York Times, The Webby Awards is the leading international award honoring excellence on the Internet, including Websites, Interactive Advertising, Online Film & Video, and Mobile Websites.

Qiming Chen was awarded as one of Top 10 Successful Elites of Hi-Tech Zone by Xiamen government in 2006.

From 2000 to 2003, Mr. Qiming Chen served as the Vice Director of Xiamen University Synnex Research & Development Center, holding overall responsibility of the operations of eHealthInsurance China Technology Center, a cooperation between Xiamen University and eHealthInsurance Inc. During this period, Mr. Qiming Chen also served as the General Manager of Xiamen YanKe Information & Technology Co., Ltd. engaged in educational software development and training.

From 1999 to 2000, Mr. Qiming Chen was the Director of Marketing in Harmony (Xiamen) Information & Technology Co., Ltd., responsible for the operation of the high tech products market.

From 1996 to 1998, he held several positions in Fujian Bank of China International Industrial Co., Ltd., including Regional Director of Marketing (China), General Manager of Franchise Development, and General Manager of PC factory, overseeing 50% of China mainland market what raised the company’s production value to 1.5 billion RMB in 1997, and the company ranked No.6 in China’s Computer Industry and No. 40 in 100 Outstanding Electronic Enterprises of China.
